Giving Professional Pictures Another Try

Last week I had the pleasure of spending some time with this delightful family.  It had been about 10 years since they had professional pictures taken.  And the first time outside the mall;)  The main objective was to capture the family together.  They love being together and wanted pictures to capture this wonderful time in their lives. They truly enjoy their time together and it shows.

Fun with the McCoys

It's a Small World After All

Such a great session last weekend with the Lindsay family.  So funny how small the world can be sometimes.  So glad our paths crossed and we met!  With that many mutual friends it was only a matter of time:)

Georgia on my Mind

This summer I got to try my hand at pet photography. Surprisingly not all that different than photographing children. It keeps you on the move and on your toes. Had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful Great Dane named Georgia.  My kids were both fortunate to have the most amazing first grade teacher!  She recently adopted Georgia and what better way to say thank you for a great year than pictures!  

Thanks Mrs. Murphy for all you do. We appreciate more than words can say two great years! You are a rock star!

Full Circle Photography

What a treat for me to photograph this sweet family. I was fortunate enough to be the photographer at their wedding last year. http://jenwunderlichphotography.blogspot.com/2012/04/edie-and-josh.html And now got to meet their new addition.  Their family has grown as they welcomed their sweet little boy earlier this year.   What a doll is he is!  Such an honor to follow them into their journey of parenthood. Congratulations Edie and Josh!!

 

The Bigger the Better!

When it comes to family reunions this is definitely the case!!  I had the pleasure of being a part of this reunion for a couple of hours and didn't want it to end. What an amazing family they are!  The first time they had all been together in many years and I was lucky enough to capture it.  Thanks Paxton family for inviting me to share in a night of your week. Long Time No See

I apologize for my blog neglect!  Life has been busy and I have completely overlooked posting on my blog and I apologize for that. I have found Facebook to be a little bit faster these days so am usually posting there first and often not getting back around to post again here.  So if you've missed me I am sorry. I will try to do better. If you have not already, like my Facebook page as another way to stay in the loop.

This sweet family has brought me back to my blog.  It has been a couple of years since our last session and it was so great to see them again! The kids have grown so much and are as sweet as ever.  I always appreciate the ease of being with them and loved our time together.  Here are just a few of my favorites.
